Goals

The seminar focuses on the strategic management of digital platforms. What are the effects of a platform’s architecture, price structure, governance on its organizational strategic choices? How the strategies evolve during the platform’s life cycle? How to build an effective platform ecosystem? What are the best practices of value co-creation in a platform context?
