Goals

A theoretical approach - The main goal will be to define and explain the main definitions, concepts, tools... related to the change management

But mostly on a participative approach : using practical exercises, brainstorming, metaplan exercises, study cases...

Results at the end : the ability to use tools, methods, approaches in order to deal with classical change management topics.

Introduction
◦ Focus on the change management process – workshops and brainstormings by groups.

II) Focus on the Theory :
◦ Change management definition, key concepts, methods, tools, technics.
◦ The different levels of change management (individual, team , organizational ..).
◦ Workshops on the way to conduct individual changes + coaching tools for example

III) Focus on the change management process in a company :
◦ How to conduct a change in a company
◦ The wheel of change concept
◦ Gathering information
◦ Build up a scoping note
◦ Build up a reliable diagnosis + budget /costs
◦ Implement Participative workshops and impact studies
◦ Implement a communication plan
◦ Implement a training plan
◦ Focus on the change controlling stage
◦ Focus on risks management, the costs controlling stage…
◦ An illustrated case will be implemented during all this part in order to allow students the opportunity to test and play with the tools and methods. We will focus on Methods, tools, targets, actions and follow-up, assessments, risks, reluctances, cost management…. How to conduct it on the best way…

The training course will be divided in 2 parts :
A ) - First part : Theoretical approach - The goal will be to define and explain the main definitions and concepts related to the change management process in general, and in a company
B) Second part : study cases, workshops and practical exercises

But mostly on a participative approach : using practical exercises, brainstorming, metaplan exercises, study cases...
And at the end : a final assessment divided in 2 parts : an individual test and a study case in groups.
