Magellan iaelyon Research Center - Research in Organizational Management

ACTIVITIES 

The Magellan Research Center, attached to iaelyon School of Management, focuses its work on issues such as strategic management, the creation of advanced information systems, information communication systems, marketing, financial analyses, business finance, relationships between organizations and workers, socio-economic theories of organizations and the theory of intervention in business. The four cross-disciplinary research teams bring together a range of researchers from varied backgrounds and fields of research for collective research on themes such as international management, sustainable performance, entrepreneurship and cooperative and mutualist models. The teams of Magellan Research Center provides both applicable, in-depth as well as transdisciplinary approaches to management sciences, which all help to create concrete solutions for the needs of businesses. Both iaelyon and the Magellan Research Center aims to provide proven and innovative solutions, so particular attention is being paid to the development of new methods for measuring the impact of their applied research.
