The Career Center provides students and graduates personalised guidance and employability support:

The career center offers to iaelyon students guidance support and help in finding internship. Thanks to a tried-and-tested method, we focus on identifying personal and professional strengths and exploring aptitudes, skills and motivations.

iaelyon offers high-level professionalizing courses and excellent teaching in the fields of management and marketing/sales to its 8,000 students in initial and executive education.

Internships are an integral part of the curriculum, and are open to all students, including certain research masters.

The length of the internship depends on the degree:

• 8 weeks in the Bachelor's program, starting in mid-May,
• 3 to 5 months in 1st year Masters, 6 months in 2nd year Masters.

Themed workshops provide an opportunity to acquire internship search techniques and share networking information, a key factor in successful professional integration.

iaelyon has an excellent reputation with companies, and provides a considerable number of internship offers directly related to your training. For example, several dozen internship offers are posted on U3e every week. In addition to the offers available in the website, targeted internship opportunities will be sent by email to ensure each student can find the best internship. 

A real interface with the professional world, the iaelyon Career Center facilitates contact with your target market. You can rely on the alumni network to better understand your market and your future professional environment, identify your "top 10 companies" and take advantage of into the hidden market. 
Finally, career events (Job Dating, Career Focus, Simulated Interviews...) will provide new opportunities to develop your network and sound out your market.
