Objectifs
The goal of the course is to present Supply Chain challenges taking in account international environment.
One of the main message : the role of the Supply Chain is to support the company strategy and business model
Estimation of private study (outside of contact hours): 15 hours
DIMENSION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Make sure to buy worldwide in accordance with human rights (suppliers audit )
TARGETED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Able to understand a company strategy
Able to identify different types of transportation with Pro and Cons
Implement a Supply Chain strategy in different areas: transportation, distribution…
Contribute to IT projects as active team member & able to make proposals and suggestions
