Objectifs

The strategic diagnosis course aims to consolidate students' skills in strategic diagnosis. The teaching is based on an understanding of the issues and the current context facing companies. The practical sessions are based on a case study of a real company chosen by the students. The main expected outcome of this collective work will be a summary note for the company's decision-makers.
