Objectifs
This course concerns the principles of intercultural management.
Students will get familiar with different paradigms and models in this field.
In a globalized world where professionals and individuals are more and more often exposed to different cultures the need of deeper understanding of the impact of culture on behavior, learning styles, leadership and management is crucial for future managers.
The aim of this course is to provide participants with some of the most common concepts and models in intercultural management in order to have a “toolbox” at hand when analyzing, interpreting and managing intercultural situations.
