Goals

This course provides theorics on project management, as well as a practical knowledge on project management tools an project team management .

Students analyse aspects of project life cycle and management tools in the highly uncertainty environment that defines project management.

From lectures to workshops by groups, this course values students' involvement and oral participation and give an overview of other management models.

Analysis: analyzing the potential issues in the key areas (marketing, finance…) of a company/organization in international environment

TARGETED SKILLS
Action plan: developing and deploying an action plan for/of a specific area (marketing, finance…) in order to succeed in an international environment

Collaboration & Communication: working and communicating with a multicultural team

Evaluation: assessing and adapting the performance of the company/the organization in an international environment

Content

Project Management processus and purpose vs. hierarchical /operational management system

Organise and manage projects :
- Get familiar with the tools : OBS, WBS, RACI, SMART, PDCA, Planning/Gantt/Pert
- Manage a project : do, adjust, report and review. Use KPIs and risks management as routine management tools.

Manage team and people in a project management system : issues, negociation, contributions , communication, stakeholders
