Objectifs

1. Understand the impact communication has on the success of the organization
2. Develop an awareness of the relationship between communiation, morale and productivity
3 Become familiar with channels used for communication
4. Master the ability to deliver a message with impact

Students will conduct an analysis of the communication system of their own or an organization with which they are familiar. The analysis will involve data collected from managers of the company as well as their own obsservations. The analysis will be submitted as a research project.
