Goals
The course aims at highlighting how the supply chain strategy and execution plays an instrumental role in enabling the successful roll-out of a corporate strategy towards its market, customers and environment.
It covers a comprehensive introduction to the following aspects of supply chain management :

The critical contribution of the end-to-end supply chain in the CSR impact and strategy of corporations is highlighted, with a focus on the following aspects :
TARGETED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The course aims at highlighting how the supply chain strategy and execution plays an instrumental role in enabling the successful roll-out of a corporate strategy towards its market, customers and environment.
At the end of the course, the students will have an understanding of the structuring concepts, tools, KPIs and contribution to the business in the following areas of supply chain :

- SCOR model as a reference framework to the end to end supply chain scope
- Customer service & customer satisfaction
- Make & source
- Operational Excellence – LEAN
- Logistics (deliver & return)
- Plan (risk management, S&OP, demand & supply planning)

- Trends & perspectives : AI, sustainability, risk management, collaboration
