Objectifs
Who makes decisions? What are the challenges and obstacles? These are just some of the questions and issues that need to be addressed if the data processing chain is to be aligned with corporate processes and strategy.
This module is taught by professionals from the socio-economic world.

TARGETED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
In terms of knowledge, the module enables students to understand the key concepts, management processes, tools, data flows and architecture required for a company or an organization to define and execute efficiently its strategy.
Following this course, the acquired skills will include:
· Identifying and proposing governance and management processes
· Defining data type and flow to support decision making processes
· Continuously adapting to evolving technological environments
· Critical thinking and systems analysis.
