Objectifs

This module studies how digitization affects the information systems that support business processes in companies and how cooperation and interaction between actors as well as mastery of technologies, can lead to the proper execution of business processes. 
The course provides knowledge of digital transformation, process design and modeling and the creation of business relationships using notations and tools used in practice today, in particular BPMN, and covers the fundamental concepts for process exploration, monitoring, compliance by design and verification.

TARGETED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

1) Target knowledge :
a. Mastery of the fundamental concepts of information systems 
b. Understanding of business processes, their design and the contribution of digitization within organizations.

2) Target skills :
a. Modeling of interactions between actors in the information system
b. Modeling and documentation of business processes 
c. Mastery of the LucidChart tool and BPMN formalism
d. Design of information system interfaces for business actors
e. Oral and written presentation of a business case
