Objectifs
This course is a capstone consulting project conducted in partnership with a local company or organization facing a specific managerial challenge. Students will operate in teams, leveraging research-based and academic knowledge to devise actionable recommendations for real-world business problems. The project emphasizes the application of management theory to practice, fostering strategic thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication.

OVERVIEW

• Apply academic and research methods to practical business cases.
• Develop consulting and project management skills.
• Collaborate effectively in teams and with real clients.
• Enhance abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, presentation, and reporting.
• Experience the professional role of a consultant under faculty coaching
At the end of the course:
The participants will be able to:
• Diagnose and frame managerial problems.
• Apply research and management tools contextually.

Examination: Presentation of results to the company / organization – Individual learning diary
Teaching Methods: Individual and group work guided by faculty along the problem solving process
