Curriculum Vitae
Silvia Didier is an experienced intercultural trainer and consultant, expatriate coach, speaker, author and University lecturer working in a multi-national business setting.
She has more than 20 years of work experience in the fields of marketing and communication, strategic consulting and intercultural training and executive coaching. With university degrees obtained in Germany, France and the US in economics and media & communication, Silvia Didier started her career as a B-to-B marketing analyst for a subsidiary of a German TV station in Munich. After several years as a business analyst she continued working as a strategic consultant and project manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Germany in Munich with clients in the field of media and entertainment such as ARTE, Bertelsmann and EM.TV & Merchandising AG. During this working period she had the opportunity to work with and manage German, British, French and American clients and teams.

After her work experience based in Germany, Silvia Didier moved to France in 2001 where she set up the business consultancy Projet France International in 2005 offering business solutions in marketing, project management,  intercultural training, consulting and coaching to her mainly French and German clients. To gain in proficiency, Silvia Didier obtained a university degree (University of Jena in Germany) as an intercultural trainer in 2010.
Since 2013 she is working as a senior lecturer at the School of Management iaelyon. She was co-directing the Master in International Management and was head of the Master 2 program International Business Realities. In 2018 Silvia became the pedagogical head of the Master 2 International MBA. In 2020 she was certified as an Executive Coach at the University CY Paris and she was nominated associate professor at the iaelyon.
