Goals
The objective of the class is to focus on leadership and relational growth by :
- Optimising leadership effectiveness and positivity
- Optimising its ability to implement relational growth,
The class is largely based on role plays
Estimation of private study (outside of contact hours): 3 hours
TARGETED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
4 main targeted knowledge and skills:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the ComProfiles model
- Understand each of the communication profiles, its own dynamics, its associated qualities and vulnerabilities
- Acquiring the appropriate adaptation methods for each communication profile
- Taking ownership of your own communication profile and use it for personal development

1st half dayIntroduction to the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and Relational Growth
Relational needs, stress and behaviour
2 aspects of communication: Growth and Survival
Illustration: passive and aggressive role plays
2nd half-day
The ComProfiles communication model
Self-reflection exercise
Understanding your own Communication Profile and formulating your leadership development project
3rd half-day
Debriefing and exchange on the ComProfiles model and the Self-Reflection Exercise
Implementation of Relational Growth: how to adapt to people in Survival
Workshop: role plays related to each Communication Profile (Part 1)
4th half-day
Workshop: role plays related to each Communication Profile (2nd part)
Adapting to specific reactions, situations and communication styles
Applying Relational Growth in work situations, as a manager, as a peer
Synthesis and closing of the training
