REGISTRATION

This serious game describes a critical situation where the participating groups have to cooperate in order to succeed their mission. The outcomes will depend upon how well the group can share information, its present knowledge of a relatively unfamiliar problem so that they can make decisions leading to success.

The exercise is a training activity to test communication and decision making skills and help build an environment of trust and co-operation under stress.

Join us to learn more about your decision making and communication skills and experience with the current and former IMBA participants a serious game. This is also a great opportunity to get to know the current cohort and to network with all the participants.
 

Program:

1 pm: Welcome of the participants 
1:15 pm: Introduction to the serious game by Ishola ADEDJOUMA
1:30 - 4 pm: Live sessions of the serious game in subgroups with the help of professional facilitators
4 - 5 pm: The IMBA Alumni networking moment




This session will be facilitated by Ishola ADEDJOUMA, iaelyon Alumni and currently Head of Transformation, Performance Management & Head of Green IT at KPMG.

As an expert in leading organizational change in complex environments, Ishola orchestrates strategic transformations daily, bridging the gap between organizational agility and operational efficiency. Driving key transverse capabilities at KPMG via OKR (Objectives and Key Results) , they blend two major pillars of modern corporate strategy: fine-tuning economic performance and spearheading sustainability trajectories through Green IT (sustainable technology).

Accustomed to guiding organizations toward more resilient models, Ishola will bridge the gap between the survival mechanics of the game and concrete leverage points to turn collective intelligence into a driver for sustainable performance.
