Executive International MBA Alumni Conference: Strengthening Leadership Through Experience and Connection
The latest Executive International MBA Alumni Conference at iaelyon School of Management once again highlighted the strength and vitality of a deeply engaged learning community.
On this occasion, the session was led by Ishola Adedjouma, Head of Transformation at KPMG France, who guided participants through an immersive serious game inspired by training programs designed for NASA astronauts.
“Improve Your Decision Making and Communication Skill”
Bringing together current participants, alumni, and prospective candidates, the event fostered a rich environment for dialogue across cohorts and professional experiences. This diversity of perspectives contributed to meaningful exchanges and reinforced the collective learning dynamic that defines the program.
The Executive MBA Alumni Conferences play a central role in enriching the participant’s experience. By design, they extend beyond the core curriculum to introduce new managerial perspectives, encouraging exploration of innovative approaches and engagement with real-world complexity.
A distinctive feature of both the program and these conferences is their fully in-person format. In an era of increasing digitalization, this choice represents a clear strategic asset. It strengthens what participants consistently identify as most valuable: the quality of human connection, the depth of peer learning, and the intensity of exchanges made possible through physical presence.
Finally, the Alumni conference marked also the official conclusion of the current cohort’s in-class learning journey. Their sustained commitment and accomplishments throughout the program merit recognition, reflecting a significant and collective achievement.
