The company regularly organizes visits to showcase its expertise and promote its brewers and distillers. As part of their program to discover Lyon’s territory, the students spent the afternoon of January 11 wandering in the brewery, welcomed and guided by Matthieu Mahe, Business Developer and Antoine Mattos, Brand Ambassador.

They had the opportunity to discover the stages of beer making (crushing, brewing, fermentation and bottling) and to visit the distillery and the cellar for the whisky lovers. The American students also understood the origin of the brand's iconic name in reference to the goddess of beer in the Sumerian mythology. The visit ended with a much-appreciated tasting of a glass of beer at the root.
