Postgraduate researcher in Finance at Università del Piemonte Orientale, Elena Danzo is joining Iaelyon Magellan Research Center from March 6 to May 5, 2025, as a visiting researcher in the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
Elena Danzo is a postgraduate researcher in Finance at Università del Piemonte Orientale. She is joining Iaelyon Magellan Research Center from March 6 to May 5, 2025, as a visiting researcher in the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
She is currently active on the BAC4SHC project (Business Angels and Crowdinvestors for Startups’ Human Capital), in collaboration between Università del Piemonte Orientale, Politecnico di Milano et iaelyon School of Management.
The goal of the project is to deepen the understanding of CIs’ human capital contribution, investment behavior, and engagement in female entrepreneurship, green, and digital transitions.
Her research themes also include the role of startup accelerators in entrepreneurial finance and bank-led acceleration programs. She is interested in quantitative and qualitative analysis and research design.
