1 ADMINISTRATIVE SEMINAR
THURSDAY JANUARY 15, 2026 from 2 to 5 pm (ROOM 103)
Problem-solvingFor the administrative seminar this year, the aim is to work on a problem that is a priority for you and that you don’t know how to handle. This could be a challenge, something that you would like to see developed (you have an end goal in mind), or an ambiguous situation that needs resolving. We will work together over three hours to clarify the situation, find new and useful ideas that become operational solutions, and enable you to take action on the specific issue that is holding you back.
Meredith Stevens, an expert in creative problem-solving, brings a strategic and structured approach to unlocking innovation and resolving complex issues. Originally from Calgary, Canada, she has over 25 years of professional experience in communications and editorial strategy, working with prestigious clients such as Publicis, Michelin, and La Prairie.
