To your kitchens ! The traditional international cooking competition has adapted to the health crisis by inviting French and international students as well as teaching and administrative staff of University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 to cook online ! In teams of 4, the participants will have until the 21st February to propose (visually) an original menu filled with technique, which comes from a country picked at random. The 19th edition is being organized by the student organization That’s iaelyon.

Open to all, the Lyon International Fair Online will welcome participants to challenge themselves on a dish and a dessert coming from different international culinary traditions. What a way to open your cooking repertoire and try new methods and preparation techniques!

What is the Lyon International Fair ?

Pôle international It’s a cooking contest organized by That’s iaelyon  a student organization, where several teams represent their country of origin through food and traditional costumes, music and activities. Normally organized on campus with stands, the event has been reinvented by asking students, teachers and administrative staff to cook based on a theme or a country that is given to them.

It’s possible to sign up as an individual. In that case, That’s iaelyon will make the teams. Sign-up is free. Any fees incurred for the making of the food will be entirely reimbursed by That’s iaelyon
