Volunteer associations: recruit students from iaelyon!
"Volunteering and Association Management" (BMA) is a compulsory module of a minimum of 20h that the 1000 students in the first year of their Bachelor of Management have to complete. It consists of on-the-ground experience in an association between September 2020 and April 2021. If you run an association or volunteering program, please advertise here!

Created in order to develop a community engagement spirit within young people, the BMA module is for all the students in their first year of Bachelor of Management (be it Management and Humanities or Quantitative techniques and Management). This initiative, put in place by iaelyon School of Management in 2014, follows the society and community engagement spirit that iaelyon aims to embody.
The overall objective of this learning experience is to incite students to think about engagement, the motivations behind volunteering, the inner workings of a volunteer association as well as think about the role of these associations in civil society. The students can carry out a variety of different volunteer missions, organized on full days or half-days: labor work, social work, organization work…that let them learn about the realities of the work and life of an association in taking part in their operations and missions.
