2023 J'M Entreprendre Contest: 2 iaelyon projects win first and second place

2 projects run by iaelyon students were awarded first and second place during the final of the J’M Entreprendre Contest, organized by the Manufactory Incubator on May 16th.

Open to all University Jean Moulin Lyon 3 students and staff, the J’M Entreprendre contest aims to reward and encourage innovative projects which could could turnan idea into a tangible project.

Each finalist had 3 minutes to pitch their project and then, answered the jury’s questions.
4 projects were rewarded with financial prizes sponsored by the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes, 3 months of professional support by the company Altitude Conseil and one mentoring session to challenge their project.

 

The winner projects carried out by iaelyon students:

 

Tiito - Special Jury Prize (Favorite project of the jury): 1 000€
Networking platform for athlete and companies


Project head: Paul DARRAS, Final Year student of M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship and Development of New Companies


La boite du coin - 1st prize (2nd best project) : €600

Creation of a vending machine for healthy, eco-friendly, ready-to-eat meals on the Bourg-en-Bresse campus, in partnerships with local restaurants.

Project head: Florine DERONZA and Anthony BOUVIER, respectively in 1st and final year of field-based M.Sc. Marketing, BtoB (Bourg-en-Bresse campus)
 

“We are very proud to have won the 2nd place of the J’M Entreprendre contest. It shows our commitment and our passion for our project “La Boîte du Coin”. This contest was an enriching experience. This award reinforced our faith in our idea and motivated us to pursue our mission with even more determination. Thanks to the J’M contest, we were able to think in detailed about our project and better understand the stakes of entrepreneurship.”
