Aziz CHTIOUI developed his interest for human resources management and his passion for scientific research during his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizations at ISG Tunis.
After nearly a year of professional experience in recruitment, he decided to pursue the research adventure by registering as a PhD student under the supervision of both Gregor Bouville (iaelyon School of Management) and Lamia Hechiche Salah (Tunis Management institute- Tunis University).
Affiliated to the Magellan and Prisme research centers, Aziz CHTIOUI, aims to study in his PhD the ambivalent influence of entertainment in the work-place on employees’ well-being.
