Visiting Professor: Anatoliy GONCHARUK - Hauge School of Management, NLA Høgskollen (Norway)

Anatoliy Goncharuk is at iaelyon Magellan Research Center from 30 March to 12 April to study a motivation and job satisfaction of researchers in French universities.

His researches are held within the COST CA19117 : "Researcher Mental Health" (Grant Holder: Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB), Hanovre, Allemagne).

Anatoliy Goncharuk is Professor of Management in the Hauge School of Management, NLA Høgskollen (Norway) since may 2022.
From Nov. 2019 to May 2022, he was Vice-Rector for Research and Education, Professor of the Department of Management, at the International Humanitarian University (Ukraine) in Odessa.

His research interests and publications concern Human resource management, Performance measurement and management, Efficiency and productivity analysis, Motivation studies, Healthcare performance, Job satisfaction, Trust studies, Higher education performance.

He works also on health management and health at work, in collaboration with the Chair "Value of Care", directed by Didier Vinot.
