The 2023 survey revealed a few key aspects: 

The data collected revealed that our graduates’ employability rate is steady, attaining 95%.

• Transition period from graduation to employment: 95% of postgraduates are recruited 6 months after their graduation, 88% are recruited 3 months after.
• 43% are recruited by the company where they worked during their cooperative program or where they have completed an internship. 5% besides the ones already mentioned have received a job offer they declined.

An average annual wage of 38K€

• Average wage: 38K€ for Master graduates (Median salary 37K€) and 28K€ for the Professional Bachelor graduates, values that have been increasing significantly.
• Nature of the contract: 67% have a permanent full-time contract.
• 39% of the graduated students are recruited in big companies, 28% in medium sized companies, 27% in small and medium companies and 6% in very small companies.
• Location of the companies:  among those who are working in France, 67% are based in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. 13% of the graduates are working abroad. 

Corporate Social Responsibility

83,3% of the companies iaelyon graduates work for include a corporate and social responsibility dimension and nearly 50% of the graduates estimate that their missions include a social and, or an environmental dimension.
