Founded in 1997, this dynamic company from the Auvergne region developed all around the world and now employs 130 people involved in the design and the development of quality sustainable childcare products.

Reduce carbon footprint

Keen to reduce its carbon footprint with concrete methods, the group wishes to stand out as a truthful actor of the circular economy by selling repaired and reconditioned products. To help this new step of their process “GreenMoov”, the company asked the iaelyon IMBA team to work on their strategical, organizational and financial issues.

This business case took place in 3 periods. Mid-May, the participants took the volcano road, to Clermont-Ferrand for the initial briefing. This visit allowed them to discover the headquarters, the warehouse and the repair workshop and also to collect as many information as possible. For a month, participants organized themselves as a project team in order to analyze all the data and to develop their recommendations. 4 intense weeks, energy and time consuming for these professionals who were all very motivated by this important task.

Key moment of this collaboration, the BabyMoov’s team came to the Manufacture des Tabacs on June 17th to listen to the final recommendations.
Silvia Didier, MBA co-director, as well as Babymoov’s employees greatly appreciated the participants’ work, supported with relevant and creative analysis. The involvement of both stakeholders allowed high-quality exchanges and a great conviviality.
