Published on July 5, 2023 Updated on July 11, 2023

As part of their course on international CSR, the 17 Master 2 students in European Affairs Management had the opportunity to work for Serge Ferrari, q, supported by the expertise of Fany Allarousse, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Serge Ferrari Group and General Delegate of the Serge Ferrari Foundation. A review of this exciting challenge!

Thinking about the diffusion and sharing tools of the CSR project…differently! A challenge that the Master 2 students in European Affairs Management had to tackle in three months, under the supervision of Hervé Goy, Professor at iaelyon. On February 24, Fany Allarousse came to submit a business case to the class, enabling them to put their skills directly into practice by working for this major international group: how to identify CSR best practices and offer solutions in order to implement them within the Serge Ferrari group's European production sites?

The students split into five groups to benchmark Serge Ferrari's partner companies who agreed to share their innovative CSR practices.  Through specific interviews with Ugitech, ARaymond, Caterpillar, Freitag et Lafuma Mobilier, these future professionals in international management were able to gather experience, best practices and analyze methodologies in order to submit a detailed report and conclusions in English on May 25 to Serge Ferrari's international teams.

Engaging in a pedagogical collaboration with iaelyon students allows for an inspiring cross-reflection for both the students and the company, as Fany Allarousse explains: "A great opportunity to be inspired by different points of view, from a multi-generational and cultural perspective".
