The program “Improve your posture as a benevolent manager” is taught by Catherine Glée-Vermande and Marie Casamayou and it will be held until June 2024 at iaelyon School of Management.  

This 12-day program is structured to allow each participant to experience benevolent management in three different dimensions: objective, collective and subjective:

Objective since being benevolent managers means applying concrete tools enabling to function daily with their teams; It is important that each participant discovers, rediscovers and implements these tools.

Collective because this program focuses on relationships and creating links

Subjective as each participant tailors their programs according to her/his own needs. Each sequence and each step of the program is structured to give participants some freedom.
