From the 7th to the 8th June, 19 second-year students of the Master of Human Resources – accompanied by their teacher Nathalie Bernard and the co-Learning Directors of the degree, Chloé Guillot-Soulez and Camille De Bovis – will discover 3 regional businesses, of which the economic activity is linked completely or partially to metallurgy. As with each year, this trip is possible thanks to the unwavering support of UIMM LYON-FRANCE, partner of the Master of Human Resources for 13 years.

Traditionally organized overseas, the learning expedition of the Master Management des Ressources Humaines et Organisation  (Master of Human Resources) of iaelyon allows students to discover an intercultural dimension of the workplace, by visiting prestigious businesses in order to discover different types of organizations and operations, but also and most importantly the practices, tools and issues of the different HR services. The learning expedition is a chance to enrich the degree with an intercultural dimension of human resources management.
Due to the current circumstances, the learning expedition has been organized this year in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region where iaelyon is located, but the international and intercultural aspects will still be present in the businesses which will be visited.

A marathon program, rich in discovery

In the morning of the 7th June, the students will visit the offices of UIMM LYON-FRANCE, before joining the Symbio company, a new-generation outfitter.
On the 8th June, the future HR experts have an appointment with the employees of JTEKT a business specialized in the conception and making of hydraulic components.
Finally, they will go to Vibratec, a center of innovation in instrumentation, analysis and simulation, who will open their doors to the students.
