The Adecco Group’s employee experience at the heart of the HR Master’s study
Published on June 7, 2023 – Updated on June 7, 2023
17 iaelyon executive education students put into practice their knowledge through a case study on the employee experience handed by The Adecco Group.
The Adecco Group, world leader in Human Resources solutions, is implemented in 60 countries and territories across the world. In France, 9000 employees contribute to the professional world and tomorrow’s work. As a key factor in retaining and attracting new talents, the employee’s experience is at the heart of the group’s concerns.
Supported by Chloé Guillot Soulez, Associate professor, the group divided in 4 teams, put themselves in the shoes of HR Marketing consultants in order to solve the problematic: Through the evolution of employee’s expectations and new work models, how can we continue to engage and retain our employees in the Group?
Launched on February 21st, the participants had a month and a half to work on the thematic and submit their detailed recommendations to Audrey Vissac – Head of Talent Strategy, Camille Leneutre – Head of Employee experience and Marion Lemaire – HR development Assistant.
A practical exercise very appreciated amongst the executive education students, which gave them the opportunity to better understand the employee’s expectations in the professional world in a very competitive context.
